Hi, I'm Lisa.
I believe sensory activities can do big things for your baby.
I’m the mother of two children. With my oldest I discovered sensory style baby classes and fell in love with them! I loved having that hour where I didn’t have to think and someone else guided me in a fun activity to do with her that I also felt helped me connect with her and respond to her needs.
My second child was born during lockdown, and in a much smaller town so I didn’t have access to classes and it got me thinking of everyone around the world that may not have access to classes (due to location, inconvenient times- a worldwide pandemic in my case!!) and so Wriggle and Roll was born!
I have completed the Sensory Beginnings online master course, approved by the American occupational therapy association and am also a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language with experience teaching 2 through 16 years of age.

Baby Wriggle and RollersĀ (3-13 months approx.)Ā
Supporting baby on their developmental journey, the follow along classes in this course are designed to encourage fine and gross motor skills, teach body awareness and stimulate Baby's visual and auditory senses with our variety of songs and sensory activities. The course includes 5 classes designed to be completed weekly all with a different and exciting theme to keep you and baby engaged and having fun! The course in full includes:
- 6 x 40 minute classes
- Wriggle and Roll soothing lullabies playlist
- 11 page sensory development guide
